feat(catalog): add bounds filtering to list queries

- Add west/south/east/north params to HubsList, SuppliersList, ProductsList GraphQL
- Update useCatalogHubs to pass bounds to query
- Update useCatalogSuppliers to pass bounds to query
- Update useCatalogProducts to pass bounds to query
