Ruslan Bakiev 3d50fdc345 Update sync_offer to also upsert supplier node ...

When syncing an offer, if supplier_uuid is provided:
- Fetch supplier data from Exchange GraphQL
- Upsert supplier node to ArangoDB with coordinates

This ensures suppliers appear on the map when their offers are synced.
