Ruslan Bakiev 5268fe401b fix(infra): Use dokploy-network for all services ...

All compose services now connect to dokploy-network (external overlay)
which is the same network where Dokploy apps (kyc, teams, etc.) run.
This allows inter-service communication between compose and nixpacks apps.
